歡迎使用 就是咪 World（以下稱「本服務」）。使用本服務即表示你同意本使用條款。若你不同意，請停止使用。
1. 帳號與使用資格
- 你可使用匿名或第三方登入（Email/Google/Apple 等），並需遵守平台規則與法律。
- 你需對自己帳號的使用行為負責，請妥善保管登入方式。
2. 服務內容與變更
- 本服務包含遊戲內容、任務、虛擬物品（如金幣）、廣告與可能的語音功能等。
- 我們可視需要更新、調整或停止部分功能（例如平衡性、獎勵、價格、活動）。
3. 虛擬物品與付費內容
- 本服務可能提供可購買的虛擬物品或權益（如金幣、移除廣告）。
- 所有購買均由對應的平台付款機制依其規則處理。退款與爭議需依該平台政策辦理。
- 除非法律要求，已購買的虛擬物品通常不可退換或轉讓。
- 為防止濫用，我們可針對異常交易或作弊行為暫停或撤銷相關發放（在合理範圍內）。
4. 禁止行為
- 不得使用外掛、作弊、逆向工程、或任何破壞服務公平性的行為。
- 不得濫用金流、利用漏洞重複領取或重複發放虛擬物品。
- 不得進行任何違法、侵權或騷擾行為。
5. 廣告與第三方
本服務可能顯示第三方廣告或使用第三方服務（例如 Firebase、廣告 SDK、付款服務）。第三方的服務與內容由其自行負責，並受其政策規範。
6. 免責聲明
- 本服務以「現況」提供。我們會盡力維持穩定，但不保證不會中斷或完全無錯誤。
- 在法律允許範圍內，對於因使用本服務造成的間接損失，我們不負責。
7. 終止
若你違反本條款或從事可疑濫用行為，我們可在合理範圍內限制或終止你使用本服務。

Welcome to 就是咪 World ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
- You may use guest sign-in or third-party sign-in (Email/Google/Apple) and must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
- You are responsible for activities under your account and for safeguarding access methods.
2. Service & Changes
- The Service may include games, missions, virtual items (coins), ads, and optional voice features.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features (including balancing, rewards, prices, events) as needed.
3. Virtual Items & Paid Content
- The Service may offer purchasable virtual items or entitlements (coins, remove ads).
- Purchases are processed by the respective platform's billing system under their policies. Refunds and disputes follow that platform's rules.
- Except where required by law, purchased virtual items are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- To prevent abuse, we may suspend or revoke grants associated with suspicious transactions or cheating (within a reasonable scope).
4. Prohibited Conduct
- No cheating, hacking, reverse engineering, or actions that undermine fairness.
- No exploiting bugs or duplicating grants/virtual items.
- No illegal, infringing, or harassing behavior.
5. Ads & Third Parties
The Service may show third-party ads and use third-party services (e.g., Firebase, ad SDKs, billing). Third-party content/services are governed by their own policies.
6. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is." We strive for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
If you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious abuse, we may restrict or terminate your access within a reasonable scope.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be notified in-app or otherwise. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
